أثر نظم الإدارة المدمجة على تحسين أداء المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى تأثير نظم الإدارة المدمجة على تحسين أداء المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع استخدام الاستبيان لجمع البيانات، والذي وزع على عينة عشوائية قدرها 194 إطار بالمؤسسة، كما تم استخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS لاختبار فرضيات الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نظام الإدارة المدمج (البيئة، المسؤولية الاجتماعية والصحة والسلامة المهنية)ERS هو النظام الأكثر تأثيرا على أداء المؤسسة المينائية بسكيكدة بدرجة 50.2%، وهذا ما يستوجب على المؤسسة تبني وتطبيق هذا النظام المدمج والعمل بنظام إدارة الجودة كنظام مستقل. رموز تصنيف jel: M10 ; L25 This study aims to determine the impact of integrated management systems on the performance of the port company -Skikda, based on the descriptive analytical approach questionnaire, was distributed to a random sample of 194 frames in the company, as was done using the spss program to test hypotheses .
