Résumé: "تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استخدام نماذج التنبؤ المالي وأساليب التحليل المالي الحديثة (مؤشرات التوازن والنسب المالية) لاتخاذ القرارات التي تحد من الأزمات المحتمل أن تتعرض لها المؤسسة، وذلك من خلال تطبيق النماذج (ألتمان، شيرود، كيدا) ويتم إسقاط هذه الدراسة على الشركة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز بالوادي، اعتمادا على البيانات المالية لهذه الشركة للفترة الممتدة ما بين ( ،)6161-6102وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن نماذج التنبؤ المالي لها القدرة على إعطاء صورة حول تشخيص الوضعية المالية والتنبؤ بالتعثر أو نجاح المؤسسة الاقتصادية""This study aims to use financial forecasting models and modern financial analysis methods (balance indicators and financial ratios) to make decisions that reduce the potential crises to which the institution is exposed, through the application of models (Altman, Sherrod, Kida), and this study is dropped on the National Electricity and Gas Company of El-Ouadi, based on the company's financial statements for the period between 2016-2020, the study found that the financial forecasting models have the ability to give a picture of the diagnosis of financial position and to predict the failure or success of the economic institution."
