الحماية الجزائية للخبير في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: الملخص: ملخص الخبراء القضائيين لهم دور هام في خدمة عامة للعدالة بمساعدة القضاء في تقريب من الحقيقية بحيث الخبير يقدم آراء وتقييمات وأحكام توصل إليها بتطبيق قوانين علمية أوأصول فنيةلذلك يقع الدولة في المقابل واجب توفير مختلف صور الحماية الفعالة للخبير، بحيث له أهمية تسليط الضوء على الجرائم التي تمس الخبراء في سبيل تحقيق حماية الجزائية فعالة لجهاز العدالة بحيث تسلط الدراسة على تعديلات التي مست قانون إجراءات جزائية المتعلقة بتدابير حماية الخبراء القضائيين. قسمنا هذا الموضوع إلى فصلين الفصل الأول متعلق بحماية الجزائية الموضوعية للخبير والفصل الثاني متعلق بالحماية الجزائية الإجرائية للخبير القضائي بحيث توصلنا بأن تنظيم الحماية أمن الخبراء تعد قفزة نوعية في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية. Judicial experts have an important role in the public service of justice by assisting the judiciary in approximating the truthsothat the expert presents opinions, assessments and rulingsreached by the application of scientificlaws or technicalprinciples, so the state, in return, has the duty to providevariousforms of effective protection for the expert, sothathe has the importance of shedding light on crimes that affect experts in order to achieve effective criminal protection for the justice system, sothat the study sheds light on the amendmentsthataffected the Code of CriminalProceduresrelated to measures to protectjudicial experts. Wedividedthissubjectintotwochapters. The first chapterisrelated to the substantive penal protection of the expert, and the second chapterisrelated to the proceduralpenal protection for the judicial expert, sothatweconcludedthat the organization of protection and the security of experts is a quantum leap in the Code of CriminalProcedure.
