Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى دور الائتمان الايجاري في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من خلال جزئيها النظري والتطبيقي وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى مختلف المفاهيم الأساسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة وذكر مفهوم الائتمان الايجاري وصيغه التمويلية ومراحل سيره وهذا من خلال الجزء النظري ،أما في الجزء التطبيقي فقد قمنا بعرض مختلف الإجراءات التي يتبعها بنك القرض الشعبي الجزائري –وكالة تقرت- في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة عن طريق صيغة الائتمان الايجاري وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات ،وإتباع المنهجين الوصفي والتحليلي حيث تم التوصل إلى نتائج والأهداف المرجوة من هذه الدراس This study aims at the role of rental credit in the financing of small and medium enterprises through its theoretical and applied parts by addressing the various basic concepts of small and medium enterprises. The concept of rental credit and its financing forms and stages of operation is mentioned through the theoretical part. In the applied part, The measures taken by the Algerian People's Loan Bank (ACT) to finance small and medium enterprises through the rental credit formula, using a set of tools, and follow the descriptive and analytical methods where the results and objectives were reached. desired of this study
