تدفقات الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر وأثرها على النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2020 – دراسة قياسية باستخدام نموذج Ardl

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح أثر الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر على مؤشرات الاقتصاد الكلي في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 1990 إلى 2020؛ وبغية تحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدنا على دراسة قياسية باستخدام منهج الإنحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء الموزعة؛ وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ايجابية بين الإستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والنمو الاقتصادي، كما أظهرت النتائج المتوصل إليها وجود تأثير سلبي لمعدلات التضخم على النمو الاقتصادي؛ وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة تهيئة الظروف الملائمة من أجل جذب واستقطاب الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة، لما لها من مزايا وآثار إيجابية على الاقتصاد في الجزائر. This research paper aims to clarify the impact of foreign direct investment on macroeconomic indicators in Algeria during the period of 1990 to 2020. In order to achieve the goal of the study, we relied on an econometric study using the autoregressive method for the distributed delay periods. The study concluded that there exists a positive relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth. The results also illustrated a negative impact of inflation rates on economic growth. The study recommended the necessity to prepare the appropriate conditions in order to attract foreign direct investment, regarding its privileges and positive effects on the Algerian economy.
