"واقع استخدام أسلوب التغذية الراجعة لدى أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية أثناء الدرس في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي" -دراسة ميدانية على مستوى بعض ثانويات ولاية بجاية-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى تطبيق أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لأسلوب التغذية الراجعة في العملية التعليمية/ التعلمية في مرحلة التعليم الثانوي، كما تهدف الى ابراز أهم الأنماط والأشكال المستخدمة أثناء الدرس، اضافة الى التعرف على دور وأهمية التغذية الراجعة بمختلف أشكالها في تحسين مستوى أداء التلاميذ وشملت عينة الدراسة على 80 أستاذ وأستاذة لمادة التربية البدنية والرياضية موزعين على 30 ثانوية بولاية بجاية، واعتمد الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، أما أدوات البحث فتمثلت في أداة الاستبيان ويشمل أربعة أشكال للتغذية الراجعة (التصحيحية، التفسيرية، التعزيزية، الاعلامية) ، وتوصل الباحث الى أن مستوى استخدام أسلوب التغذية الراجعة من طرف أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية لولاية بجاية كان متوسط، كما كانت التغذية الراجعة التعزيزية هي الأكثر استعمالا لديهم. This study aims at identifying the extent to which the teachers of physical and sports education apply the technique of feedback in the educational/learning process at the secondary school level. It also aims at highlighting the most important patterns and forms used during the course of the study, in addition to recognizing the role and importance of the feedback of different forms in improving the level of students' performance The study sample included 80 teachers of physical and sports education distributed to 30 secondary schools in Bejaia area. The researcher relied on the descriptive method. The research tools were the questionnaire tool and included four forms of feedback (corrective, explanatory, promotional, media). The researcher concluded that the practice of the technique of feedback by teacherrs of physical education and sports was moderate and the the most used.
