دور إقليم توات في توطيد العلاقات الاقتصادية والثقافية بين إيـــالة الجزائر والمغرب في العصر الحديث

Résumé: تتحدث الكتابات عن إقليم توات أنه تواجد في صحراء الجزائر الواسعة بعيدا عن العمران، وعدم خضوعه لأي حكم، ذلك ما جعله أرض آمان، بعيدا عن الفتن والحروب. في الظاهر تعتبر مميزات بسيطة اتسّم بها الإقليم، لكن في الباطن هي مواصفات مهمة وضرورية جعلت من الإقليم يلعب دورا كبيرا وفعالا في حياة السكان والمناطق المجاورة له. ذلك ما أدى إلى وجود أرضية خصبة جعلت توات يزدوج في فعاليته مند الزمن البعيد واستمراره إلى غاية العصر الحديث؛ هذه الازدواجية في الدور تجسدت في المبادلات التجارية ، فقد كان معبرا للتجار الأتين من الأقطاب الأربعة المجاورة له، خاصة من المغرب. كما شهد توات انتعاشا علميا وفقهيا في إثراء الحياة الثقافية والعلمية بالمغرب العربي في العصر الحديث. أنجب توات علماء برزوا في شتى العلوم من تعاليم القرآن والفتوى والقضاء واشتهروا بنشاطهم الفكري والعلمي؛ تسابق علماء المغرب وطلبة العلم إلى الجلوس معهم والأخذ منهم. وهكذا شكلّ الإقليم منطقة ربط بين إيالة الجزائر وصحرائها مع المغرب. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The writings about the province of Touat inform us about its presence in the Algerian vast desert far from the urbanization and did not submit to any rule, which made of it a safe land far away of conflicts and the war. Seemingly this region has simple features but at the deep bottom they are important and necessary specifications which gave the region an important and effective role in population lives and neighboring areas. This has led to the existence of the fertile soil that has made Touat double its effectiveness for a long time and extend to the modern era. This dual efficacy appear as being a transit and exchange point for traders of the four neighboring poles, especially Morocco. Touat has experienced a scientific and intellectual revival by enriching the cultural and scientific life of the Maghreb in modern times. The region gave birth to savants of various sciences from the teachings of the Coran, Fatwa and also of Justice fields, and was famous for their intellectual and scientific activity. Moroccan scientists and science students competed to meet them and benefit. Thus, the region formed a link between Algeria and its Sahara with Morocco.
