عسكرة الأقليات وإشكالية بناء السلام في الشرق الأوسط: دراسة تحليلية لبعض النماذج المختارة.
Résumé: تحلل دراستنا موضوعا مهما على المستوى الأمني، السياسي والإجتماعي للدولة، كون موضوع عسكرة الأقليات يمس بوجود الدولة ككل على إثر الفوضى التي تنتج عن وجود جيوش هوياتية ينتمي كل منها إلى طائفة دينية أو هوية إثنية مختلفة عن الأخرين، خاصة بوجود الدعم الخارجي، وفي الشرق الأوسط نشهد العديد من الأمثلة حول عسكرة الأقليات مثل سوريا، العراق، اليمن، لبنان وغيرها، ومنه ستحلل ورقتنا البحثية مظاهر وأسباب تسلح الأقليات في الشرق الأوسط مع تقديم بعض النماذج وكذا استنتاج تداعيات هذا التهديد على عملية بناء السلام في المنطقة الشرق الأوسطية. Our study « Militarization of Minorities and the Problem of Peacebuilding in the Middle Eas » analyzes an important issue on the political, social and security level of the state. The question of the militarization of minorities affects the existence of the state following the chaos resulting from the presence of armies belonging to a religious or ethnic group, especially with external help. In Middle East there are many examples of militarization of minorities such as Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Lebanon.of that our research paper try to analyzes the causes and reasons of this threat inded posed some strategies for peacebuilding in this region.
