متطلبات تطبيق مبدأ محاسبة القيمة العادلة في البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية - دراسة لعينة من ممارسي مهنة المحاسبية في ولاية غرداية

Résumé: his study aims to know the requirements for applying the principle of fair value accounting in the Algerian accounting environment from the point of view of practitioners of the accounting profession (accounting expert, account manager, certified accountant) in addition to a chief accountant at an economic institution. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we relied on the descriptive analysis approach to address the problem of the study and to analyze the questionnaire tool that was distributed to the study sample, which amounted to 45 respondents. Through the outputs of spss, we concluded that there is a realization by practitioners of the accounting profession of the concept and importance of applying fair value, as there is a desire from them to apply the principle of fair value accounting, and that the accounting environment and economic conditions are not suitable for its application because there are no requirements for several reasons, the most prominent of which is the absence of an active financial market. which is tتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة متطلبات تطبيق مبدأ محاسبة القيمة العادلة في البيئة المحاسبية الجزائرية من وجهة نظر ممارسي مهنة المحاسبة )خبير محاسبي، محافظ حسابات، محاسب معتمد( باإلضافة إلى محاسب رئيسي لدى مؤسسة اقتصادية. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليل لمعالجة إشكالية الدراسة وتحليل أداة االستبيان الذي تم توز يعه على عينة الدراسة التي بلغت 45 مستجوب. من خالل مخرجات SPSS توصلنا إلى أن هناك إدراك لممارسي مهنة المحاسبة بمفهوم وأهمية تطبيق القيمة العادلة كما أن هناك رغبة منهم في تطبيق مبدأ محاسبة القيمة العادلة وأن البيئة المحاسبية والظروف االقتصادية غير مالئمة لتطبيقها لعدم توفر متطلبات لعدة أسباب ولعل أبرزها عدم وجود سوق مالي نشط
