الأطر السوسيوثقافية المفسرة للفعل العمالي داخل التنظيم الصناعي

Résumé: إن المتتبع لمعالم التطورالتاريخي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية ، يلاحظ أن أصحاب القرار راهنوا على العامل المادي في عملية التحديث ، متجاهلين بذلك العامل الاجتماعي والثقافي ، لكن عملية التحديث لم تحقق الأهداف المنشودة, إذنتج عنها بنية تنظيمية هشة تؤطرها سلوكات وممارسات لاعقلانية يتصف بها العمال في علاقاتهم داخل الحقل التنظيمي. ولفهم وتفسير هذه الأفعال وخلفيتها ،اعتمدنا على مقاربة سوسيوثقافية لتحليل العلاقة المتبادلة بين امتلاك العامل لفكرة العمل وتحكمه في الآلات ،لا سيما أن اليد العاملة الوافدة إلى الصناعة ذات أصول ريفية Abstract: The observer of the historical development of the Algerian economic enterprise notes that the decision-makers bet on the material factor in the modernization process, ignoring the social and cultural factor. Yet, this modernization process did not achieve the desired objectives, as it resulted in a fragile organizational structure framed by irrational behaviors and practices that characterize workers in their relations within the organizational field. In order to understand and explain these actions and their background, we relied on a sociocultural approach to analyze the interrelationship between the worker’s possession of the idea of work and his control over the machines, especially that the labor force coming to the industry is of rural origins.
