أثر هيكل التمويل على معدلات نمو ونشاط المؤسسة الاقتصادية - دراسة حالة مؤسسة سونلغاز بقالمة للفترة 2017-2020

Résumé: ملخص: تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة في جانبها النظري الى تحديد اساسيات الهيكل المالي والنسب المالية المتعلقة به، واهم المميزات الواجب توفرها في الهيكل المالي الامثل، وكذلك التطرق الى الديناميكية المالية للنمو الداخلي للمؤسسة. اما في الجانب التطبيقي فتهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس أثر الهيكل المالي على معدل نمو ونشاط المؤسسة الاقتصادية سونلغاز بقالمة للفترة (2017-2020) حيث تبين من خلال نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر لتركيبة الهيكل المالي على نشاط المؤسسة من خلال رقم اعمالها واستهلاكاتها وكذلك نتائجها المحققة مما اثرت بشكل مباشر على نمو المؤسسة. Abstract: The study aims theoretically, to determine the basis of financial structure and financial ratios related to it, and the most important features that must be available in the optimal financial structure as well as concerning the financial dynamic of the internal growth of the company. Practically, this study designed to measure the impact of financial structure on the growth rate and activity of the economic company Sonelgaz Guelma for the period (2017-2019), and it showed that there is an impact on the composition of the financial structure of the activity of the company through its share capital and consumption as well as its achieved results, which directly affected the company growth.
