أهمية المعايير الشّرعية لهيئة المحاسبة والمراجعة للمؤسّسات المالية الإسلامية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ماهية المعايير الشرعية لهيئة " AAOIFI" والوقوف على أهمية التزام المؤسسات المالية الإسلامية بهذه المعايير لِما لها من دور جدّ هام في توجيه وتنظيم وتطوير الصناعة المالية الإسلامية. وقد خلصت إلى العديد من النتائج من أهمها: أنّ الهيئة تسعى جاهدة إلى أن تُترجم الفتاوى الشرّعية إلى ضوابط وقواعد تطبيقية تُقَدِّمها في شكل معايير شرعية، في الالتزام أو الاسترشاد بها تطوير وصون لتجربة الصناعة المالية الإسلامية. This study aims to shed light on what the Sharia standards for "AAOIFI" are and to stand on the importance of Islamic financial institutions adhering to these standards due to their very important role in directing, organizing and developing the Islamic financial industry. It has concluded with many results ; the most important ones are the following: The authority strives to translate Sharia fatwas into applicable controls and rules that are presented in the form of Sharia standards, in compliance with or as a guide to developing and preserving the experience of the Islamic financial industry.
