تأثير نظام المعلومات على أداء القطاع العام في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص : استخدام القطاع العمومي لنظم المعلومات ذات كفاءة وفعالية من شأنه أن يحقق لها أهدافها، فقد تزايد الاهتمام به لما له من دور مهم في تطوير وتحسين الخدمات المقدمة للمواطن حيث توفر كافة المعلومات المناسبة في الأوقات الأكثر ملائمة لمختلف المستويات الإدارية، من شأنه أن يدعم جميع المهام والممارسات الإدارية بالإضافة إلى تحسين وتطوير حركة الاتصالات وتدفق المعلومات بين تلك المستويات. هذه الدراسة تعنـى ببيان وتحليل تأثير نظام المعلومات على أداء المرافق العمومية في الجزائر وكذلك التعرف على مدى كفاءة وفعاليـة نظم المعلومات المستخدمة، ومدى الاستفادة منها في اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية بما يعود بالنفع علـى هذه المرافق وعلى المجتمع بشكل عام. الكلمات المفتاح: نظام المعلومات، الأداء، المرفق العام. The impact of the information system on public-sector performance in Algeria Abstract: Abstract: The use of public-sector organization for the effective information systems would achieve its goals, the growing interest for these systems had increased because of its decisive role in the development and improvement of its services since these systems provide all appropriate information in the most suitable times for various administrative levels, so as to help all the missions and administrative functions, in addition to the improvement and development of the communication's traffic and the flow of information between those levels. Therefore, this study is concerned with a statement an analysis if the impact of information system on the performance of the public utilities in Algeria, as well as, the identification to the extent of the efficiency and effectiveness of the used information system and to the extent benefits in taking administrative decisions for the benefits of these facilities and community in general Keywords: information systems; the performance; public utilities.
