دور الهياكل الداعمة في تمويل وتشجيع المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر، دراسة حالة وكالة Anade, Angem , Andi, Cnac

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى إبراز أهمية المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، التي أصبحت ركيزة أساسية في معظم اقتصاديات دول العالم، من خلال الدور الذي تلعبه في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية وخلق القيمة المضافة، وذلك بالإشارة الى أهم الهياكل الداعمة لها في الجزائر والتي ساهمت بتمويلها بشكل فعال، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الوكالة الوطنية لدعم وتنمية المقاولاتية ANADE ، الوكالة الوطنية لتسيير القرض المصغر ANGEM، وغيرها من هياكل الدعم. وقد توصلت الدراسة أن هياكل الدعم الحكومي ساهمت بشكل كبير في دعم وتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر ودعم الشباب حاملي المشاريع بهدف القضاء على البطالة وتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، الا انها لم تصل الى المستوى المطلوب مقارنة مع دول أخرى توافق اقتصاداتها. This study aims to examine the landscape of small and medium enterprises, which have emerged as pivotal entities in value creation. It specifically focuses on identifying the key supportive Structures in Algeria that have effectively facilitated their funding. Examples include the National Entrepreneurship Support and Development Agency (NESDA), the National Agency for Microcredit Management (NAMM), and other pertinent support structures. The study found that government support structures have significantly contributed to supporting and financing small and medium-sized enterprises in Algeria, as well as supporting young project holders with the aim of reducing unemployment and achieving economic and social development. However, they have not reached the required level compared to other countries with similar economies.
