Résumé: انّ وكيل السّفينة حلقة وصل بين البرّ والبحر الّذي يلعب دور أساسي في التّجارة البحريّة بحيث يمثّل مجهّز السّفينة الّذي يؤدّي جميع الالتزامات الّتي تلقى على عاتق النّاقل البحري بالنّسبة للسّفينة والبضائع، لاسيّما أمام ظهور نظام التحوية الّتي يؤثر على حركة نقل البضائع بين الموانئ البحريّة، وتثار مسؤوليته التّعاقدية والتّقصيرية عن أخطاءه الشّخصية التي يرتكبها أثناء تنفيذ مراحل عقد النّقل البحري للبضائع اتّجاه الشاحن والمرسل اليه. The ship's agent is a link between land and sea, which plays a key role in maritime trade, representing the ship's supplier, which performs all the obligations imposed on the ship by the sea carrier, especially in the face of the emergence of a system that affects the movement of goods between seaports.
