دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في حوكمة المؤسسات دراسة حالة مؤسسة صناعة الأنابيب Alfa Pipe

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي تؤديها نظم المعلومات الإدارية في حوكمة المؤسسات بشركة ألفابيب الصناعية بغرداية وقد تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة حالة في جمع البيانات بحيث تم تصميم استبيان لتحقيق أغراض الدراسة، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من ( 36) موضف في شركة ألفابيب غرداية، وتم تحليل البيانات المحصلة بستخدام البرنامج الإحصائ(20.v SPSS ) وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أبعاد نظم معلومات الإدارية ومحور حوكمة المؤسسات في شركة الأنابيب في ولاية غرداية غير أن البعد الأخير فقط وهو بعد دعم القرارات ومن يؤثر على حوكمة المؤسسات عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 The objective of this study was to highlight the role played by management information systems in the Government of Enterprises of Alfa Pipe industrial company in Grenada .the descriptive curriculum and acase study methodology for data collection were based on a questionnaire designed to achieve the purposes of the study .the sample of the stady was coosemposed to achieve the purpposes of the study .the sample of the was comosed of (36) Alfa Pipe Ghardia employee ، date obtained through statistical softwar(spss.v21)،the resultsof the study showed that there is statistically significant relationship between the dimensions of the management information systems and the enterprise government axis if after the support of the decisions and who affects the enterprise goverment at an indicative level of 0.05
