التمويل الاسلامي بين ضوابط الشريعة الاسلامية وتحقيق التنمية الريفية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مختلف صيغ التمويل الاسلامي، بالإضافة إلى إبراز أهمية هذا النظام ودوره القوي والفعال في إطلاق الموارد المالية اللازمة لتلبية احتياجات التنمية الاقتصادية، على اعتبار أن البنوك الاسلامية الأداة الفعالة لهذا النوع من التمويل، تساعد في استقطاب رؤوس الأموال لاستثمارها في داخل العالم الاسلامي لتحقيق التنمية بصفة عامة والتنمية الريفية بصفة خاصة، كما نصت على ذلك أهداف إنشاء المصارف الاسلامية، حيث ﺗﻄﻮر ﻧﻈﺎم اﻟﺘﻤﻮﻳﻞ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻲ ﻟﻴﺼﺒﺢ ﻧﻈﺎﻣﺎ ﻣﺎﻟﻴﺎ ﺷﺎﻣﻼ اﻧﻄﻼﻗﺎ من الخدمات المصرفية وأﺳﻮاق رأس المال، إلى ﻗﻄﺎﻋﺎت التكافل. This study aims to show the various forms of Islamic finance, in addition to highlighting the importance of this system and its strong and effective role in unleashing the necessary financial resources to meet the needs of economic development, given that Islamic banks are an effective tool for this type of financing, helping to attract capital for investment in the world Islamic development in general and rural development in particular, as stated in the objectives of establishing Islamic banks, where the Islamic financing system has evolved into a comprehensive financial system based on banking services and capital markets, to cat At Takaful.
