دور تطبيق تقنيات إدارة المشاريع (pert، Cpm) في إدارة الوقت لإنجاز المشاريع الإنشائية

Résumé: تمثل المشاريع الإنشائية الإطار الأساسي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، حيث يرتبط بقائها واستمرارها بنجاح تنفيذ وإنجاز هذه المشاريع في وقتها المحدد والاستخدام الأمثل للموارد، مما زاد الطلب على تطبيق تقنيات إدارة المشروعات في مشاريع الإنشاء لتحقيق أهداف هاته المؤسسات وما تصبو إليه من حيث ضبط التكلفة وسرعة تسليم المشاريع. يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على إدارة المشاريع الانشائية لاسيما إدارة الوقت لتنفيذه من خلال دراسة مشروع إنجاز مكتب بريد بتطبيق تقنيات إدارة المشاريع (CPM /PERT) ،حيث أكدت لنا النتائج ضرورة ودور أسلوبي بيرت والمسار الحرج لضمان نجاح وسهولة متابعة هذا النوع من المشاريع. Abstract: Construction projects constitute the basic framework for economic institutions. Their survival and continuity are linked to the successful timely implementation and completion of these projects and the optimal use of resources. This has increased the demand for the application of project management techniques in construction projects to achieve these institutions' objectives and what they want in terms of cost control and project delivery speed. This research aims to highlight the management of construction projects, especially the management of time for its implementation by studying the project of achieving a post office application of project management techniques (PERT, CPM). The results assured us of the need and role of (PERT) and the 'critical path' to ensure the success and ease of follow-up of this type of projects.
