رقابة القضاء الاداري على الطعون الانتخابية في الجزائر

Résumé: لقد اضحت السلطة القضائية اليوم مطالبة أكثر من قبل بتحقيق الحماية لكل أطراف العملية الانتخابية لتكريس البعد الحقيقي للممارسة الديمقراطية، ولهذا أصبحت الفيصل في العملية الانتخابية، وذلك من خلال ردودها عن الطعون المقدمة ضد إجراءات العملية الانتخابية. والقضاء الاداري يلعب دورا مهما في هاته العملية باعتبار انه اصبح الفيصل في جل المنازعات خاصة منها المتعلقة بالتسجيل في القوائم الانتخابية والترشيح للانتخابات النيابية ونتائج الانتخابات المحلية فما هي اوجه هاته الرقابة وخصائصها The judicial authority has become today more than before to achieve protection for all parties in the electoral process to dedicate the real dimension of the practice of democracy, and thus became al-Faisal in the electoral process, through their responses, the appeals against the actions of the electoral process. Administrative judiciary plays an important role in this process, as it has become Al-faisal in most conflicts, particularly those related to register on the electoral lists and to stand for the parliamentary elections and the results of the local elections, what is the oversight of these characteristics.
