حوكمة الأمم المتحدة في ظل التحولات الدولية
Résumé: يُعتيبر اصلاح النظام الدولي الجديد غاية كبرى منذ الترويج له بعد حرب الخليج الثانية تحت تأثير القوى الدافعة له، والتي تسعى باستمرار إلى إعادة هيكلة مؤسسات النظام الدولي الموروث عن نظام القطبية الثنائية لخدمة استراتيجيتها في الهيمنة على العالم، بدلا من السعي وراء إدارة شفافة وديمقراطية لمؤسسات هذا النظام، وانطلاقا من هذه الحقيقة أصبحت حوكمة منظمة الأمم المتحدة ضرورة لإعادة التوازن للنظام الدولي المُهدد بالفوضى في ظل التحولات الدولية الراهنة، المعقدة والخطيرة. Abstract: The overhaul of the new world order has become a subject of debates and controversial approaches between elites and think tanks that debate the role and functioning of international organizations such as the United Nations. An institution that has become a neocolonial tool of domination and interests of the great powers, and which requires a comprehensive structural and strategic reform in the framework of governance.
