الجودة ودورها في تحسين تنافسية المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية

Résumé: الهدف من هذه الورقة هو إظهار دور وأهمية الجودة في تحسين القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسة من خلال كشف وتحليل نتائج الدراسة التي تحسب عينة من المؤسسات الصناعية الجزائرية الحاصلة على شهادة إيزو. وتشير نتائج الدراسة إلى أن تشجيع المؤسسات الجزائرية على تطبيق الجودة استنادا إلى معايير إيزو 9000 لها آثار إيجابية في تحسين قدرتها التنافسية في مختلف المجالات: المالية والبشرية والإمداد والإنتاجية والتسويقية. The aim of the present paper is to show the role and the importance of following a quality gait to improve the company competitiveness, through exposing and analysing the results of the study that counted a sample of Algerian industrial companies certified. The results of the study indicate that encouraging Algerian companies to apply quality gait based on ISO 9000 standards has positive impacts in improving their competitiveness in different areas: financial, human, supplying, productive and marketing.
