أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة على التطور المالي: دراسة قياسية لعينة من دول الشرق الأوسط وشمال افريقيا باستعمال بيانات Panel

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة على التطور المالي لعينة من دول MENA ويخص الأمر: الجزائر، تونس، المغرب، السعودية العربية، مصر، تركيا. خلال الفترة 1996-2019. ولهذه الغاية تم الاعتماد على نماذج بانل (Panel) الساكنة في تقدير نموذج الدراسة والتي تتوافق وطبيعة البيانات المعتمدة، والتي تشكل مزيجا من البيانات المقطعية والسلاسل الزمنية. وكانت النتائج الإحصائية المتحصل عليها تشير إلى إيجابية العلاقة بين الحوكمة الرشيدة والتطور المالي إلى حد كبير، حيث تعزز الحوكمة تطوير النظام المالي. وكذلك علاقة إيجابية ولكن بدرجة أقل بين التطور المالي والانفتاح التجاري، أما فيما يخص التضخم فكان له اثر سلبي على التطور المالي، كما استجاب مؤشر التطور المالي بشكل ايجابي للتغيرات في نمو نصيب الفرد من الناتج المحلي الإجماليGDP per capita ولكن بشكل ضعيف. Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of applying good governance principles on the financial development of a sample of MENA countries, specifically : Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Turkey. Between the years 1996 and 2019. The static panel models were used to estimate the study model, which corresponds to the nature of the approved data, which is a mix of cross-sectional data and time series. The obtained statistical results show a strong positive relationship between good Governance and Financial Development, as Governance promotes the development of the financial system, as well as a weaker positive relationship between Financial Development and Trade Openness. Inflation, on theother hand, had a negative impact on Financial Development. The Financial Development Index also responded positively, albeit weakly, to changes in GDP per capita growth.
