المعضلة المعيارية في فهم الخطابات الامنية : مقاربة جيف هويسمانس و فولفانغ ايزر The Normative Dilemma In Understanding Security Discourses: The Approach Of Jeff Huysmans And Wolfgang Iser

Résumé: تعتمد الدراسة بالأساس على مقاربة Jef Huysmans و Wolfgang Iser لتسليط الضوء على المعضلة المعيارية في كتابة و تكلم الامن ، على اعتبار أن مدرسة كوبنهاجن عرفت الامن كفعل كلام speech Act ، الذي هو قدرة الفاعل الامني على تكلم الامن بنجاح ، بالتالي الامن لا يشير الى شيء موضوعي أو مادي –ملموس ، بل أصبح ذو مرجعية ذاتية مؤسسة في الفاعل المؤمنن ، بالتالي الفهم المقدم للأمن تذاتاني في جوهره بدلا منه موضوعي . هنا المعضلة المعيارية تكمن في انتاج ما يحاول المرء تحاشيه و انتقاده (ثغرة الامن)،و السبب في حدوث المعضلة المعيارية تكمن في تصور العلاقة بين اللغة و الامن، كما تجادل الدراسة بأن عملية الامننة لا يمكن أن تبنى على الممارسة الخطابية فقط . The study relies mainly on the approach of Jef Huysmans and Wolfgang Iser to highlight the normative dilemma in writing and speaking security, given that the Copenhagen School defined security as a speech act, which is the ability of a security actor to speak security successfully, and therefore security does not refer to an objective thing Or material - tangible, but has become self-referential established in the believer actor, thus the understanding provided for security Ttalatani in essence rather than objective. Here the normative dilemma lies in the production of what one tries to avoid and criticize (a security vulnerability), and the reason for the occurrence of the normative dilemma lies in the perception of the relationship between language and security, as the study argues that the process of security cannot be based solely on rhetorical practice.
