نمذجة قياسية لتاثير السياسة النقدية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1980-2018

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار مدى فعالية السياسة النقدية و دورها في تحفيز و رفع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1980-2018، و لهذا الغرض اعتمدنا في هذه الورقة البحثية على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة (ARDL)، و التي سمحت لنا بقياس اثر السياسة النقدية على النمو الاقتصادي الجزائري من خلال تقدير المعلمات في الاجلين القصير و الطويل، و لقد اظهرت نتائج التحليل القياسي للنموذج (ARDL) ان هناك اثر معنوي احصائيا للسياسة النقدية ممثلة بمعدلات نمو الكتلة النقدية و معدل اعادة الخصم على معدلات النمو الاقتصادي في الاجل الطويل، اما في الاجل القصير فلقد كانت اكثر فعالية عند استخدامها لسياسة إعادة الخصم. This study tried to test the effectiveness of monetary policy and its role in stimulating and rising the economic growth rates in Algeria during the period 1980-2018, for this purpose we adobted autoregressive distributed lag model (ARDL), which allowed us to measure the impact of monetary policy on algerian economic growth by estimating the parameters in the short and long term, the results of this analysis showed that in the long-term there is a statistically significant impact of monetary policy when it is represented by monetary mass and rediscount rate on the economic growth rates, but in the short-term the impact of monetary policy on the economic growth has been more effective when the monetary policy used the rediscount rate.
