Résumé: تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول الأحكام الخاصة - تشريعا وتنظيما-والمتعلقة بتسيير ومعالجة نفايات الرعاية الصحية، بوصفها نفايات ذات طابع خاص، تعامل معها التشريع الجزائري بطرق اختلفت في مراحل زمنية باختلاف النصوص الضابطة لكل مرحلة. لا يحتاج هذا الصنف من النفايات إلى إبراز خطورته سواء في الحالة العادية، أو في الحالات الاستثنائية على غرار ما يعيشه العالم اليوم " عصر الجوائح الصحية"، الأمر الذي يجعل من البحث في هكذا مواضيع على درجة من الأهمية سواء بيئيا و/ أو صحيا. This study is based on special provisions of "legislation and regulations" related to the management and treatment of medical care waste, as this waste of a particular nature, the Algerian legislation has dealt with in a different way in several stages,according to the different texts governing each stage. This type of waste does not need to high light its danger, whether in normal or exceptional cases, in particular what the world is experiencing today, "the era of health pandemics", which makes research on these important subjects, both environmental and / or health
