أثر أبعاد جودة الموقع الإلكتروني في تحقيق رضا المستخدمين دراسة حالة موقع الأرضية الرقمية للتربية الوطنية
Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير جودة الموقع الإلكتروني على رضا المستخدمين للأرضية الرقمية لوزارة التربية الوطنية في المؤسسات التربوية لولاية مستغانم، حيث تم توزيع استبانة الكترونية على عينة الدراسة من اداريين وأساتذة و أولياء، ولتحليل النتائج تم اعتماد برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS V26. خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط معنوية بمعامل ارتباط بيرسون قدر ب 0.83 بين أبعاد جودة الأرضية الرقمية و رضا المستخدمين، كما بينت وجود أثر ذو معنوية احصائية لأبعاد جودة موقع الأرضية الرقمية في تحقيق رضا المستخدمين عند مستوى معنوية 0.05≥α This study aims to assess the impact of website quality on user satisfaction with the digital platform of the Ministry of Education in the educational institutions in Mostaganem. An electronic questionnaire was distributed to a study sample consisting administrators, professors and parents, the SPSS V26 software was used for analyzing the results. The study concluded a significant correlation with a pearson correlation coefficient of 0.83 between dimensions of the digital platform ’s quality and user satisfaction, the study identified statistically significant effects of dimensions of website quality on achieving user satisfaction at a meaningful level α≤0.05
