مقومات انجاح الاقلاع السياحي المستدام في الجزائر بعد جائحة كورونا

Résumé: تعدّ الصناعة السياحية الجزائرية صناعة واعدة، للمساهمة في النمو المستدام، إذا ما استثمرت كصناعة نظيفة، صديقة للبيئة، في ظلّ ما يعيشه العالم من تغيّرات مناخية و مشاكل بيئية ذات عواقب كارثية، و الجزائر ليست بمنأى عن ذلك خصوصا و أنّها تنتمي إلى منطقة المنطقة المتوسطية و الافريقية شديدة التأثر بالتغيّر المناخي. و على الرغم من أنّ جائحة كورونا شلّت القطاعات الاقتصادية لدواعي احتواء فيروس كوفيد 19، لاسيّما القطاع السياحي، فقد سجلت انخفاض في انبعاثات الغازات الدفيئة ب 7%، إلا أنّ الغلق ليس هو الحل السحري للعيش في كوكب نظيف، و إنما بمراعاة البعد البيئي و تحقيق صناعة خضراء. إنّ انتعاش السياحة في الجزائر ما بعد جائحة كورونا قد يفتح الأفق لتحقيق اقلاع سياحي مستدام، باستغلال الموارد السياحية بكفاءة بيئية عالية. و قد جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتسلّط الضوء على فرص تحقيق اقلاع سياحي مستدام بالجزائر ما بعد جائحة كورونا ، بالتطرّق أولا إلى واقع التغيّر المناخي في العالم و في الجزائر، و عرض أداء الصناعة السياحية قبل و بعد جائحة كورونا بهما، ثم قراءة احصائية في الامكانيات السياحية الجزائرية، و التي تعدّ فرصا لاحداث اقلاع سياحي مستدام، و أخيرا مقترحات لتحقيق هذا الأخير . Given the serious repercussions of global climate change and environmental challenges, the Algerian tourism sector has the potential to contribute to sustainable growth if it is developed as a green and eco-friendly industry .Algeria is not immune to climate change because it is located in the Mediterranean and African regions that are prone to it. Despite the fact that the Corona pandemic damaged key economic sectors, most notably the tourism industry, greenhouse gas emissions have been claimed to have fallen by 7%. However, stopping work is not a guarantee that we will continue to live on a clean planet. Being environmentally conscious while also appreciating the benefits of a green industry is all that is necessary. The recovery of tourism in Algeria post-corona pandemic might provide a chance to create a sustainable tourism take-off by utilizing tourism resources in an environmentally friendly manner. This study aims to highlight the opportunities for a sustainable take-off of Algerian tourism post-corona pandemic, by first focusing on the reality of climate change in the world and in Algeria, and then presenting the performance of the tourism industry before and after the corona pandemic, followed by a statistical reading of the Algerian tourism potential, which are opportunities to ensure a sustainable tourism take-off, and finally proposals for its realization.
