التوجه نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر كآلية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة -تجربة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تبيان ماهية الاقتصاد الأخضر وعلاقته بالتنمية المستدامة، نظرا لأهميته في التنمية الاقتصادية للدولة، أين تم دراسة تجربة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في التحول نحو الاقتصاد الأخضر ومساهمته في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحول إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر في الإمارات العربية المتحدة يسير بشكل إيجابي، لما استطاعت الدولة من تحقيقه من مشاريع تنموية هادفة لتحقيق التوازن البيئي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي ومنه تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، حيث تم وضع خطط واستراتيجيات طويلة المدى من أجل تحقيق ذلك، بحيث يكون النمو الاقتصادي نموا مستداما لارتباطه ببرامج وسياسات محافظة على البيئة على المدى الطويل. This research aims to clarify the nature of the green economy and its relationship to sustainable development, given its importance in the economic development of the country, where the experience of the United Arab Emirates in the transition towards a green economy and its contribution to achieving sustainable development was studied. The study found that the transition to a green economy in the United Arab Emirates is proceeding positively, as the country has been able to achieve development projects aimed at achieving environmental, social and economic balance, including achieving sustainable development, where long-term plans and strategies have been developed in order to achieve this, so that economic growth is sustainable growth because it is linked to programs and policies that preserve the environment in the long term.
