Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على موضوع يكثر فيه الحديث في الوقت الحالي الا وهو تداعيات تفشي فيروس كورونا كوفيد-19 على الالتزامات التعاقدية لأطراف العقد، و للإجابة على هذا التساؤل استخدمنا المنهج التحليلي الذي يتلاءم مع مثل هذا النوع من الدراسات وسوف نحاول الاجابة على اشكالية الدراسة من خلال التطرق الى كل من التكييف القانوني لجائحة كوفيد-19، و تأثير فيروس كوفيد-19 على الالتزامات التعاقدية. كلمات مفتاحية: فيروس كوفيد-19، الالتزامات التعاقدية، الاندية الرياضية Abstract: This study aims to shed light on an issue in which there is much talk at the present time, which is the repercussions of the outbreak of the Corona virus (Covid-19) on the contractual obligations of the parties to the contract. On the problematic of the study by addressing each of the legal adaptation of the Covid-19 pandemic, and the impact of the Covid-19 virus on contractual obligations.
