دور التخطيط الحضري في الحد من الجريمة في المدن الجديدة.

Résumé: ملخص: لقد أدى اتساع النسيج العمراني في المدن الكبرى إلى ظهور ما يسمى بالمدن الجديدة التي تم تصميم وتخطيط غالبية مساكنها وأحيائها بطرق سيئة دون مراعاة لحاجيات السكن المختلفة، مما نتج عنه العديد من المشكلات وعلى رأسها الجريمة بمختلف أنواعها، ولهذا حاولت هذه الدراسة التعرف على دور التخطيط الحضري في الحد من الجريمة في المدن الجديدة، من خلال إبراز الجوانب التي أهملت ولم تؤخذ في الاعتبار عند تصميم وتخطيط الأحياء السكنية، خاصة الخدمات الإرتكازية (الأساسية). كما حاولت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن العلاقة الموجودة بين الجريمة والتصميم العمراني للأحياء السكنية في المدن الجديدة، واكتشاف جوانب القصور في أنماط تصميمها، وخاصة أن البيئة العمرانية تعتبر عاملاً من عوامل حدوث الجريمة، إذ تسهل المناطق الحضرية المصممة بشكل سيئ حركة المجرم فيها بسهولة وحرية دون شعور رجال الأمن وسكان المنطقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الدور، التخطيط الحضري، الجريمة، المدن الجديدة المرجعية، التصميم العمراني ABSTRACT The expansion of urban fabric in major cities has led to the emergence of so-called new cities, most of whose homes have been badly designed, planned and revived without regard for different housing needs, this has resulted in many problem, primarily crime of all kinds this study has therefore attempted to identify the urban planning in reducing crime in new cities, by highlighting aspect that have been neglected and not taken into account in the design and planning of residential neighborhoods, in particular services. The study also attempted to uncover the relationship between crime and the urban design of residential neighborhoods in new cities and to detect shortcomings in their design patterns, particularly since the urban environment is a factor in the occurrence of crime, as badly designed urban areas facilitate the easy and free movement of the offender without the feeling of the security personnel and residents of the region.
