الشراكة الأورومتوسطية وتأثيرها على التجارة البينية بين الجزائر و الإتحاد الأوروبي خلال 2001-2021

Résumé: "ملخص: في ظل الحراك الذي يشهده العالم اليوم في مختلف المجالات، كان لابد على الجزائر أن لا تبق مكتوفة الأيدي بل يجب عليها التحرك من أجل الحفاظ على مختلف مصالحها الاقتصادية، بل والعمل على تثمين هذه المصالح، وكذلك التكيف مع هذا الحراك قصد الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي، وهو ما حاولت الجزائر على تحقيقه من خلال توقيعها على عدة اتفاقيات تعاون دولية على غرار اتفاق الشراكة التي وقعته مع الاتحاد الأوروبي في: 22 أفريل 2002 والذي دخل حيز التنفيذ بداية من الفاتح سبتمبر من سنة 2005، والسؤال المطروح ماتأثير الشراكة الأورو متوسطية علي التجارة البينية بين الجزائر والتحاد الأوروبي؟ ودخول الجزائر في ظل هذه الشراكة من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف؟ هذا ما سنحاول إلقاء الضوء عليه خلال هذه الدراسة والتي سنتطرق من خلالها إلى تأثير الشراكة الأورومتوسطية على التجارة البينية الجزائرية، وكذلك العلاقات الاقتصادية الجزائرية الأوروبية قبل وبعد عقد الشراكة، ثم مضمون وأهداف الشراكة وأثارها أيضا على التجارة الجزائرية وأخيرا نظرة تقييمية لهذه الشراكة متضمنة جملة من الاقتراحات التي نراها ضرورية من أجل نجاح هذه الشراكة وتحقيقها للهدف المنشود ألا وهو الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي. Indeed, to work to value these interests, as well as to adapt to this movement in order to integrate into the global economy, This is what Algeria tried to achieve by signing several international cooperation agreements along the lines of the partnership agreement it signed with the European Union in 22 April 2002, which came into force from September 2005, and the question arises as to what affected the Euro-Mediterranean partnership on trade between Algeria and the European Union? Algeria's entry into this partnership to achieve this goal? This is what we will try to highlight during this study, through which we will address the impact of the Euro-Mediterranean Partnership on intra-Algerian trade, as well as Algeria's European economic relations before and after the partnership decade. and then the content and objectives of the Partnership and its impact on Algeria's trade. Finally, an assessment of the Partnership contains a number of proposals that we deem necessary for the success of the Partnership and its achievement of the desired goal of integration into the global economy.
