Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر فترة حكم الباي مصطفى بوشلاغم من أزهى فترات بايلك الغرب الجزائر في الفترة العثمانية، فقد كان هذا الباي مولع بالبناء والتشييد، فشهدت مدينة وهران في عهده نهضة اقتصادية وانتعاش في حركة التجارة مما أثر إيجاباً على الميدان العمراني ،فبعض من منشآته المعمارية لاتزال قائمة والبعض الآخر منها زالت بقاياها، وبقيت هذه الكتابات التأسيسية المسجلة شاهدة عليها ،حيث تقدم لنا مضامينها معلومات متنوعة في غاية الأهمية، وسنحاول تتبع هذه الكتابات التأسيسية من خلال عرض مضامينها الكتابية وخصائصها الفنية. Abstract : The period of the rule of the Bey Mustafa Bochlaghem is considered one of the most glorious periods of Beylik in western Algeria during the Ottoman period. The other of them has no remnants, and these foundational writings recorded remain witness to them, as their contents provide us with a variety of very important information, and we will try to follow these foundational writings by presenting their biblical contents and technical characteristics.
