الترتيبات الأمنية الروسية الجديدة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط (1990-2016)

Résumé: تسعي هذه الدراسة موضوع الترتيبات الأمنية الروسية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط من 1990الي 2016 الي دراسة وتحليل محتوي ومضمون الترتيبات الأمنية الروسية الجديدة في منطقة الشرق الاوسط بشكلها الجديد انطلاقا من سنة 1990 أي تاريخ سقوط الاتحاد السوفياتي سابقا و نهاية الحرب الباردةالي غايةسنة 2016. حيث تضمنة الدراسة البحث في المنظور الأمني الروسي الجديد لمرحلة ما بعد الحرب الباردة وتحليل أبعاده ومضمونه الفكري والاستراتيجي، اذا تمحور البحث في الدراسة عن جوهر الترتيبات الأمنية الروسية الجديدة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط ومعرفة أهمية وتأثير هذه الترتيبات علي الوضع الاقليمي لمنطقة خاصة في ظل التغيرات و التحولات التي تشهده المنطقة، فقد هدفت الدراسة الي تحليل الدور الجديد لروسيا في منطقة الشرق الأوسط انطلقا من فهم واستيعاب منظورها الأمني الجديد في المنطقة ومدي تأثيره في المسار السياسي للمنطقة. اضافة ان موضوع الدراسة في اطاره العام عمل علي تحديد مضمون التغيرات الجديد التي عرفها المنظور الأمني الروسي الجديد من خلال السعي الي تحليل محتوى تركيبة الفكر الأمني الروسيالجديد وتحديد الصورة أوالطريقة الجديدة له في ادراكه للأحداث الدوليةوسبل والية تعمله مع المسائل والقضايا الدولية،فضلا عن معرفة التغيرات التي ميزة المنظور الأمني الجديد لروسيا عن سابق في ظل حقبة الاتحاد السوفياتي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن، الأمن قومي، العقيدة العسكرية Abstract Study: This study seeks the subject of Russian security arrangements in the Middle East from 1990-2016 to study and analyze the content and the content of the new Russian security arrangements in the Middle East region, its new set off from 1990 the history of the former Soviet Union, the fall and the end of the Cold War until the year 2016, where guaranteed the study research in the new Russian security perspective for the post-cold war and the dimensions of analysis and content of the intellectual and strategic, if the research study focused on the core of the new Russian security arrangements in the Middle East region and know the importance and the impact of these arrangements on the least situation Lemme especially for the region in light of the changes and transformations witnessed in the region, the study aimed to analyze the new role of Russia in the Middle East to understand and set off to absorb the new security perspective in the region and the extent of its impact on the political course of the region.
