العود: محددات شخصية وأساليب عقابية
Résumé: ارتأينا من خلال هذه الدراسة الوصفية التحليلية المعنونة بـــ " العود: محددات شخصية وأساليب عقابية" معرفة علاقة كل من المحددات الشخصية للسجناء المفرج عنهم والأساليب العقابية بالعود، والتي اعتمدنا فيها على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بالعينة والتي شملت 50 عائدا، وتقنية الاستبيان لجمع معطيات ميدانية بغية الإجابة عن سؤال عام مفاده: هل للمحددات الشخصية للمساجين المفرج عنهم والأساليب العقابية علاقة بعودهم إلى الإجرام؟ لنتوصل في النهاية إلى نتيجتين عامتين وهما: 1- للمحددات الشخصية للمساجين المفرج عنهم علاقة بالعود. 2- للأساليب العقابية علاقة بالعود. Throughout this analytical descriptive study entitled "Relapse:personal determinants and punitive methodes", we wanted to know the relation of personal determinants of the released prisoners and punitive methods with relapse. We have used the social scan method with the sample of 50 relapsers, and a technic of questionnaire in order to gather field data to answer the question:Is there a relation of personal determinants of the released prisoners and punitive methods with their relapse to crime ? Finally, we deduced these two results ; 1- There is a relation between personal determants and relapse. 2- Ther is a relation between punitive methods and relapse.
