"أثر سياسة الاستدانة على عوائد الأسهم في شركات المدرجة في السوق المالي "دراسة عينة من الشركات المدرجة في سوق الكويت المالي للفترة 2010-2012
Résumé: ملخص : هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث فيما إذا كان هناك أثر لسياسة الاستدانة على عوائد الأسهم في شركات مدرجة في بورصة الكويت لقطاع الصناعة وذلك خلال فترة (2010-2012)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإلمام بحيثيات الجانب النظري والتطبيقي، وقد تم الإعتماد على الأسلوب الإحصائي (الانحدار الخطي البسيط) لتفسير العلاقة بين الاستدانة وعوائد الأسهم، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة على 34 مؤسسة صناعية مدرجة في بورصة الكويت. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة طردية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين نسبة الديون طويلة الأجل إلى إجمالي الموجودات وبين عوائد الأسهم. Abstract: This study aimed to find whether there is the impact of the policy of borrowing on the equity returns in companies listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange for the industrial sector during the period (2010-2012) , and to achieve the objectives of the study were used descriptive analytical approach to familiarize the merits of the theory and practice has been to rely on statistical method ( simple linear regression ) to explain the relationship between debt and equity returns , the study sample included 34 Foundation . The study concluded the presence of a statistically significant relationship between the proportion of long-term debt to total assets between equity returns .
