دور نظام الرقابة الداخلية في إدارة المخاطر بالمؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة حالة مطاحن الواحات وحدة – تقرت

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة نظام الرقابة الداخلية في تقليل المخاطر ، وعلى هذا الأساس تم عرض إطار نظري يتعلق بمفاهيم حول نظام الرقابة الداخلية وأهم المخاطر التي تواجهها المؤسسات وكيفية إدارتها ،حيث اعتمدنا في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي ،أما الجانب التطبيقي فقد تم إجراء دراسة حالة بمؤسسة مطاحن الواحات وحدة –تقرت-، من خلال الاعتماد على أسلوب المقابلة وتدعيمها بالاستبيان الموزع على مجموعة من عمال المؤسسة. حيث توصلنا في الأخير أن نظام الرقابة الداخلية المعتمد في المؤسسة محل الدراسة فعال إلى حد ما في تقليل المخاطر وإدارتها ،وأنه يوجد وعي كافي بأهمية المخاطر التي تواجهها ،وهذا حسب المقابلة وأراء أفراد العينة This study aims to identify the extent of the internal control system contribution to reducing risks, on this basis, a theoretical framework was presented related to concepts about the internal control system and the most important risks that institutions face and how to manage them. Where we relied in that on the descriptive approach, as for the application, a case study was conducted at the Oasis Mills Corporation unit Touggourt, by relying on the interview method and supporting it with the questionnaire distributed to a group of the organization’s workers. As we finally found that the internal control system adopted in the institution under study is somewhat effective in reducing and managing risks, and that there is sufficient awareness of the importance of the risks you face, this is according to the interview and the opinions of the sample members.
