Résumé: تعد الدراسة والبحث في موضوع تاريخ أوروبا المعاصرة من مجالات البحث الجديرة بالاهتمام، ومن بين تلك المجالات البحثية قيام دولتي روسيا وبروسيا اللتان كان لظهورهما ونهوضهما تأثير كبير على مسرح الأحداث الأوروبية، وقامتا بدور مهم في تاريخ الغرب عموماً، واشتركتا في إدارة دولاب الحياة السياسية الأوروبية، بل أكثر من ذلك تعتبران هذين الدولتين السبب المباشر في التطور الحاصل في التاريخ الأوروبي المعاصر. ومن هنا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية في سياق الإشادة بأهمية الدولتان القويتان ودورهما الفعال في التأثير على العلاقات بين الدول الأوروبية، كما جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على أهم الإفرازات والتأثيرات التي أحدثها قيام هاتين الدولتين وما تسببتا فيه من تشابك وتعقد العلاقات الأوروبية إلى درجة تمت فيها إعادة الخريطة السياسية وتغيير موازين القوى بينها. The study of the history of contemporary Europe is one of the important fields of research, including the issue of the establishment of the states of Russia and Prussia, which had a great impact on events in Europe and the history of the West in general, because both countries participated in managing European political life, rather they are the direct cause of the development taking place in contemporary European history. This research paper came to study the importance of the two powerful countries and their effective role in influencing the relations between European countries and the intertwining and complexity of European relations to the point where the political map was re-mapped and the balance of power between them was changed.
