مُعْجَمُ مَتْنِ اللُّغَةِ فِي ضَوْءِ الصِّنَاعَةِ الْـــمُعْجَمِيَّةِ الْحَدِيثَةِ -قراءة في نماذج مختارة-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى استقراء خصائص الصّناعة المعجمية العربية الحديثة، واستقصائها في معجم "متن اللُّغة" لأحمد رضا (ت 1953م)، باعتباره أوسع وأشمل المعاجم اللُّغوية الحديثة، فقد تبوأ مكانة مرموقةً في السّاحة العربية، إذْ كان له الدّور البارز في الارتقاء والنّهوض بالصّناعة المعجمية، سواءً في قضية الجمع أم في قضية الوضع، فقد استقى مادّته من مصادر متنوعة، كما جمع بين القديم والحديث مدرجًا كلّ المستويات اللُّغوية من فصيح ودخيل ومعرب وغيرها، وقد سلك أيسر وأسهل طريق في ترتيب مادته وتنظيمها، كلُّ ذلك ليكون معجمه شاملًا ومواكبًا لمتطلبات العصر؛ ليجد فيه طالب العلم المعرفة اللّازمة. This research aims at shedding light on the way to detect, all the characteristics of the modern Arabic lexicographic industry and that through the dictionary called “Metn ellougha” by Ahmed Redah (1953) is considered as the biggest and largest Arabic dictionary. It also gained a great reputation in the Arab word especially as it promoted the lexicographic industry both in matter of collection and setting. It has gathered its content from different references. It has also linked between what is classical and what is modern by enclosing all linguistic levels as: Standard, imported, and arabised and so on. This dictionary has used a simple method in ordering the content so as to be glabal and updated with all what is Contemporary and to answer any researcher’s needs.
