Résumé: يعتبر عقد الإعتماد الإيجاري الية قانونية ومالية متكاملة تعمل على تلبية مختلف حاجات الانسان المالية والاقتصادية والسعي إلى الوصول للتطور ومواكبته في مجال التجارة والاستثمار وخاصتا وسائل الإنتاج، وهذا من أجل تمويل الاستثمارات الإنتاجية ودعم المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة لرفع إنتاجها، ومن مزايا عقد الاعتماد الايجاري أنه يعتبر من أحد وسائل التمويل الأقل خطورة بالنسبة للممول مقارنة بالوسائل الأخرى والمعتمدة من طرف المشرع الجزائري بموجب أحكام الأمر 96-09 المتعلق بالاعتماد الايجاري. The leasing contract is considered an integrated legal and financial mechanism that works to meet the various financial and economic needs of the human being and strives to achieve and keep pace with development in the field of trade and investment especially the means of production,This is in order to finance productive investments and support small and medium enterprises to increase their production, Among the advantages of the leasing contract is that it is considered one of the least risky financing methods for the financier compared to other methods approved by the Algerian legislator under the provisions of Order 96-09 related to leasing.
