السّكون في اللّغة العربيّة ــ بين الوظيفة النّحويّة والحقيقة الصّوتيّة ــ Sukun In Arabic Language Between Grammatical Function And Phonetic Transcription

Résumé: لقد تعدّدت الدّراسات حول الأصوات اللّغويّة العربيّة، عند القدماء والمحدثين على اختلاف وسائلهم وتقنياتهم، إذ قام العلماء بوصف كلّ صوت لغويّ من حيث مخرجه وطريقة تشكّله، وحصروا كافّة صفاته الممكنة، في حال الإفراد والتّركيب، بالإضافة إلى أحواله في السّياق العامّ للكلام، ويتجلّى ذلك في بعض الظّواهر الصّوتيّة مثل النّبر والتّنغيم المرتبطيْن بالمعنى والدّلالة. كما درسوا أيضا المصوّتات القصيرة والطّويلة، وتعرّفوا على مختلف أنواعها وأحوالها؛ مثل القوة والضّعف، والتّفخيم والتّرقيق، والانفتاح والانغلاق، وغير ذلك؛ إلّا أنّهم أهملوا نوعا ما دراسة السّكون في اللّغة العربيّة مقارنة بغيره من المباحث. ويسعى هذا البحث إلى التّعرّف على بعض الأعمال المسجّلة حول السّكون، ووظائفه، وقيمته الصّوتيّة في الكلام. وقد لاحت في هذا الشّأن إشكالية جوهرية وهي: هل ينتمي السّكون إلى مجموعة الحركات العربية ؟ أم هو شيء مختلف من حيث النّطق والتّحقيق الصّوتي؟ ومن أجل الاقتراب شيئا ما من هذه الأهداف، تمّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفيّ مع إجراء بعض المقارنة . Many studies have multiplied regarding Arabic language sounds in the past and recently too with the difference of their means and techniques. Therefore, scientists describe each linguistic sound in term of it articulation and the way it is formed and limit all it possible attributes, in the case of singularity and composition in addition to its condition in the general context of the speech which is manifested in some acoustic phenomenaas stress accent and intonation that are associated with meaning and significance. They also studied short and long vowels and learn about its different types as strength and weakness, heaviness and lightness, openness and closure and so on. However, they somewhat neglected the study of the sukun of Arabic language in comparison to other researches .This research seeks to identify some of the recorded works on sukun , its functions and its sound value in speech. There has been a fundamental research problem whether sukun belong to Arabic movements and where it is something different in term of pronunciation and phonetic transcription in order to fulfil the objectives of this research we rely on descriptive approach and we will make some comparison
