تطوير الخدمات السياحية : سبيل لتجسيد البرامج السياحية و تحقيق التنمية السياحية بالجزائر

Résumé: أصبحت ظاهرة السياحة محل انشغال الأنظمة الحكومية الحالية لأهمية القطاع السياحي كبديل عن المحروقات للنهوض بالاقتصاد وتنويعه، وقوفا على تحسين الهياكل السياحية تماشيا ومتطلبات سوق الجذب السياحي المحلية والدولية بالاعتماد على مختلف البرامج، المخططات وكذا الاستراتيجيات التنموية السياحية لتكون سياسات تجديدية ضمن المؤسسات السياحية. نستهدف في الدراسة التي بين أيدينا، تبيان تعداد الاليات والإستراتيجيات المسطرة لإبراز مدى الجهود الجزائرية للوصول الى منتج سياحي وخدمة ذات مستوى منافس باستعراض أهمية تبني سياسات سياحية منتهجة ووسم النشاط السياحي الجزائري بجعله متفردا لتنوع خصائصه لتحقيق بلد مستقبل للسياح بدل التصدير. Tourism has become a significant focus for current governmental systems due to the importance of the sector as an alternative to hydrocarbons in boosting and diversifying the economy. Consequently, there is a concerted effort to improve tourism infrastructure to meet the demands of both local and international tourism markets, leveraging a variety of programs, plans, and developmental strategies. These policies aim to bring about renewal within tourism institutions. This study aims to outline the mechanisms and strategies set forth to demonstrate the extent of Algerian efforts in achieving a competitive tourism product and service. We will explore the importance of adopting specific tourism policies and branding Algerian tourism activities with unique characteristics to transform Algeria into a preferred tourist destination rather than focusing on exporting tourists.
