سوق احتكار القلة للهاتف النقال في الجزائر بين الواقع والمنظور

Résumé: الملخص: تسعى الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع النظري لاحتكار القلة والإشارة إلى تجربة الجزائر في مجال الهاتف النقال لمعرفة مدى تطابقه مع سوق احتكار القلة وقد تم التركيز على الإطار النظري لتوضيح مضامين هذا الموضوع والإشارة إلى أهم نماذج احتكار القلة، مع التركيز على دراسة واقع الهاتف النقال في الجزائر في الجانب التطبيقي وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى سوق الهاتف النقال في الجزائر يتماشى إلى حد ما مع بعض نماذج احتكار القلة، وقد أوصت الدراسة بضرورة سعي الدولة إلى فتح المجال أمام متعاملين جدد لتحسين نوعية الخدمات المقدمة.
