تمكين العاملين كأداة لتحقيق الإبداع - دراسة حالة مؤسسة مغرب بايب بالمسيلة- Empowering Employees As A Tool To Achieve Creativity –case Study Of The Maghreb Paipe Foundation In M’sila-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور تمكين العاملين بأبعاده في تحقيق الإبداع، حيث وزع الاستبيان كأداة لقياس هذه العلاقة على عينة عشوائية قدرها (39) عاملا بمؤسسة مغرب بايب بالمسيلة، وعليه توصلت نتائج الدراسة الميدانية إلى عدم وجودعلاقة ارتباط بين أبعاد تمكين العاملين وتحقيق الإبداع، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية تساهم في تحقيق الإبداع على مستوى المؤسسة محل الدراسة. This study aims to find out the role of empowering workers in achieving creativity, The questionnaire was distributed as a tool to measure this relationship on a random sample of (39) workers of the Maghreb Paipe Foundation in M’sila. Accordingly, the results of the field study found that there is no correlation between the dimensions of empowering workers and achieving creativity, and the existence of statistically significant differences due to personal variables that contribute to the achievement of creativity at the level of the institution in question.
