إشكالية الإخضاع الضريبي للمعاملات التجارية الالكترونية - التحديات والحلول-
Résumé: ملخص: يعتبر موضوع التجارة الإلكترونية من المواضيع الهامة التي تلقى اهتماما كبيرا من قبل الكثير من الباحثين لما لها من انعكاسات على اقتصاديات دول العالم المتقدمة والنامية على حد سواء، حيث تعد إحدى النظم الحديثة في إتمام وتنفيذ المعاملات التجارية عبر شبكات الإنترنت. وقد حاولنا من خلال هذه الورقة تسليط الضوء على أهم التحديات التي تعيق تطبيق وتحصيل الضرائب على المعاملات التجارية الإلكترونية وخلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة إخضاع نشاط التجارة الإلكترونية للضرائب والرسوم من خلال طرح بعض الحلول المقترحة لمواجهة تلك التحديات. Abstract: The subject of e-commerce is an important subject of great interest to many researchers, as it has implications for the economies of both developed and developing countries. Through this paper, we tried to highlight the main challenges to the application and collection of taxes on electronic business transactions. The study concluded that e-commerce should be subject to taxes and fees by offering some of the proposed solutions to these challenges.
