دور مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في تنمية الوعي الصحي لدى الجزائريين: دراسة تحليلية لبعض المجموعات الفيسبوكية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحليل مساهمة مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي في تنمية وتعزيز الوعي الصحي لدى الجزائريين ، بالنظر لطبيعة هذه المواقع التي تتميز بخصائص المشاركة والتفاعلية و الإنتشار، ما يتيح مجالا واسعا لتأثيرها على مستخدميها، وبالنظر للإجراءات المرتبطة بإنتشار وباء كورونا في الجزائر، وما يتطلبه من وعي صحي جماعي، فمن الأهمية بما كان الكشف عن مساهمة مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي وأبرزها الفيسبوك في تعزيز الوعي الصحي، وذلك من خلال تحليل مضاميني لبعض المجموعات الفيسبوكية. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن مواقع التواصل الإجتماعي تساهم تعزيز الوعي الصحي لدى الجزائريين عبر تزويدهم بالمعلومات الصحية، والتوعية بخطورة بعض الأمراض المنتشرة ومنها مرض كورونا ، غير أن التحدي يرتبط بمدى مصداقية المعلومات الصحية الواردة عبر هذه المجموعات الفيسبوكية، بالنظر لحصر المعلومات المتعلقة بوباء كورونا وعدد الإصابات عن طريق التصريحات الرسمية للسلطات الوصية ، إضافة إلى مدى جدية الأفراد في الإلتزام بالتوجيهات الصحية والإجراءات اللازمة المتضمنة في المجموعات الفيسبوكية. This research paper aims to analyze the contribution of social media in the development and promotion of health awareness among Algerians , in view of the nature of these sites that are characterized by participation, interactivity and outreach, which provides a wide scope for their impact on their users, also in view of the measures associated with the spread of the Corona epidemic in Algeria , and the collective health awareness required by it, it is important to disclose the contribution of social networking sites, most notably Facebook to promoting health awareness, through the analysis of content for some Facebook groups. This study concluded that social networking sites contribute to promoting health awareness among Algerians by providing them with health informations, and raising awareness of the riskiness of some common diseases, including Corona disease, however the challenge relates to the reliability of health information received through these Facebook groups, in view of the limitation of informations related to the Corona epidemic and the number of infections through official statements of the willing authorities, as well as the extent to which individuals are serious about adhering to the health directives and necessary procedures included in the Facebook groups.
