الأليات الإدارية لحماية الغابات

Résumé: ملخص: تعتبر الغابات أحد مرتكزات البيئة لما لها من أهمية في التأثير على المحيط بشكل عام ،خاصة ما تعلق بالمناخ ، و الرطوبة و الأمطار ، إضافة إلى كونها مصدر للثروة النباتية و مجال للرعي و الإستعمالات المختلفة الإستهلاكية كالخشب و الخدمات الترفيهية و السياحية . تقتضي الغابات وسائل إدارية لحماية خاصة بها .لما تتعرض له من مخالفات. خاصة ما تعلق بالتلوث و الإستغلال العشوائي المنتجات الغابية كالرعي العشوائي و إقامة المنشآت الصناعية . حدد القانون 84-12 النظام العام للغابات وسائل إدارية حمايتها إلى جانب الإطار الجزائي. الكلمات المفتاحية:الغابات، النظام العام ، الضبط الإداري،ترخيص، حظر، إلزام،هيئات. Abstract: Forests are one of the main components of the environment because of their importance in influencing the ocean in general, especially with regard to climate, humidity and rainfall, as well as being a source of plant wealth, grazing land and various consumer uses such as wood and recreation. Forests require special protection for their particular violations related to the pollution and indiscriminate exploitation of forest products such as grazing and the establishment of industrial enterprises. the Law 84.12 of the General Forest Regulation defines administrative means of protection alongside the penal framework.
