إجراءات السلامة المهنية ودورها في الوقاية من المخاطر المهنية عند الممرضين-دراسة ميدانية بالمستشفى العمومي صروب الخثير –مدينة العلمة –

Résumé: سعت الدراسة إلى معرفة إجراءات السلامة المهنية ودورها في الوقاية من المخاطر المهنية لدى العاملين في القطاع الصحي وقد استخدم فيها المنهج الوصفي في المستوى الفارقي، وتصميم استبيان خاص بإجراءات السلامة المهنية في القطاع الصحي تم توزيعه على عينة مكونة من 60 ممرض وممرضة يعملون في المستشفى. وقد توصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الممرضين لإجراءات السلامة المهنية في الوقاية من المخاطر المهنية وفق متغير الجنس وسنوات الخدمة، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات الممرضين لإجراءات السلامة المهنية في الوقاية من المخاطر المهنية وفق متغير السن. The study sought to know occupational safety procedures and their role in preventing occupational risks among workers in the health sector, in which the descriptive approach was used at the difference level, and a questionnaire was designed for occupational safety procedures in the health sector that was distributed to a sample consisting of 60 nurses working in the hospital. The results of this study found that there are statistically significant differences in the nurses ’attitudes to occupational safety measures in preventing occupational risks according to the gender variable and years of service, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the nurses’ attitudes to occupational safety measures in preventing occupational risks according to the age variable.
