Résumé: The aim of this study is to reveal the effectiveness of the training and its contribution to improve the performance of individuals in the organisation and the performance of the organisation alike, considering training as a major theme of management topics in the current times because of its direct correlation to development and continuous improvement in knowledge, skills and capabilities of individuals, that will ensure Narrowing the gap between the knowledge and skills and the job requirements in the organization, It also allows for the members of the organization to be in a state of readiness and preparedness permanently for their current and future jobs within the framework of the organization and its environment. But the commitment of the administration to the execution of the training phases, which include identifying the training requirements, designing the training programs, implementing the training process and evaluating the formation which varies from an organization to another and this for various reasons, including availability of financial resources and the places for the trainee, and the ability to use advanced technology in the training programs, as well as the ability to evaluate and follow up the results of the training process and determine their impact on short and long term in order to raise the level of performance in the organization.
