Résumé: Abstract: : Specialized penal poles are an effective tool for combating crimes of high complexity and gravity. In our humble research, we discussed how these poles operate. The importance of the study is that it identifies us with the legislator's attempts to embody specialization in the judiciary in the courts or in the judiciary, which is currently confined to these poles and the legislator's attempt to increase the effectiveness of judicial work in combating a special type of offences in the national economy and public order. One of the penal poles introduced is the Economic and Financial Penal Pole, the Penal Pole, Communication, Information and Technology. The Penal Economic Pole is a new mechanism introduced by the legislature under Act No. 04-20 amending the Code of Criminal Procedure to combat and address issues of an economic and financial nature of the crime of smuggling. The revolution in the field of informatics has led to the perpetration of unlawful behavior, which has been criminalized under Act No. 21-11 to the effect that the challenge of combating such crimes remains dependent on the effectiveness of the judiciary in terms of judges' specialization. This is the case with the cooperation of various administrative bodies, particularly the body responsible for the prevention of such crimes and the activation of international judicial cooperation to detect them.
