Résumé: تعتبر ظاهرة العنف الأسري من أكثر أنواع العنف انتشارا في الجزائر، وقد تطورت وتنوعت حيثياتها وأخذت تتوسع في الحاضر بعدة أشكال، إذ أن دوافعها امتدت إلى أبعاد حضارية واقتصادية وثقافية، وهذا ما أدى إلى استفحال الظاهرة وتفشيها بشكل رهيب، أمام هذا الوضع عمل الإعلام الجزائري على نقل صورة هذه الظاهرة ورصد مستجداتها وأبعادها المتنوعة وأثار ذلك على الأسرة والمجتمع الجزائري، من خلال الدور الذي يقوم به الصحفي الجزائري في نقل واقع ظاهرة العنف الأسري وأهم الجهود التي يكرسها من أجل احتواء أخطار الظاهرة. The phenomenon of domestic violence is considered one of the most prevalent types of violence in Algeria. The Algerian media on conveying the image of this phenomenon and monitoring its developments and its various dimensions and its effects on the Algerian family and society, through the role played by the Algerian journalist in conveying the reality of the phenomenon of domestic violence and the most important efforts he dedicates in order to contain the dangers of the phenomenon
